Returns and Cancellations

To Cancel an Order 
If you want to cancel your Noizylady order, please send an email to  Orders sometimes ship quickly, so act promptly if you wish to cancel. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

If You Receive a Defective Product
We want you to be pleased with your Noizylady purchase. If you receive a product that is not functioning properly, please call our customer service department at 866-461-8546 or email us at

To Return a Product
If you wish to return a product you purchased from Noisette Place, here are the guidelines. (Note: Noizylady does NOT accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.):

  • Obtain a Return Authorization - All returns require prior authorization from Noizylady. To obtain a return authorization, please send us an email.
  • FedEx Home Delivery Shipments - You may return an item shipped via FedEx Home Delivery within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less the shipping charges. The original and return shipping expenses are your responsibility. Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging.
  • Truck Shipments - You may return an item shipped via truck (common carrier) within 7 days of receipt. The purchase price will be refunded less a 20% re-stocking fee. Additionally, you are responsible for the original and return shipping charges. (If your truck shipment arrives damaged, please note this on the driver's copy of the delivery receipt and contact us immediately for further instructions.)

Returns for Ride on Toys

Only 100% NEW unopened items in the original packaging may be returned. Additionally: If you have ridden, fueled or started the vehicle it is considered used and is not returnable. A 20% restocking fee will always be charged for any returned item. We will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to our distributor within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be credited for the purchase price less all shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns without any RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Some manufactures do not accept returns; all sale are final.
