The Fu-Chest™ opens as easily as a book, unfolds into a luxurious bed
(futon included), and folds back up in seconds.
When closed, the Fu-Chest™ offers display space equivalent to that of
a buffet or dresser.
When open, the top of the Fu-Chest™ becomes a headboard that makes
reading and relaxing in bed more convenient and comfortable. Authentic
Mission styling, including rustic bronze hardware and a warm Parlor Oak
finish, makes this design a flattering addition to contemporary or classic
décors.
Sturdy wood-framed particleboard construction with oak veneer ensures
that this practical piece will be saving space and providing comfort for years
to come.
The 6-inch thick futon mattress offers the generous comfort and
support of multiple layers of foam with lofty cotton batting on both sides. It
is fully tufted to prevent the fill from shifting. Even without bedding, the
zippered cover of natural cotton/polyester duck gives the mattress a neatly
finished appearance.
The mattress meets the California technical bulleting 603 for fire
retardation.
The Fu-Chest™ measures 59"W x 18"D x 35"H (closed). Open bed
dimensions are 80"W x 59"D. Dust with a soft, specially treated cloth.
