At Noizylady.com, we have made shipping costs easy to understand prior to
placing your order. For our standard shipping method which is FedEx home
delivery,
shipping charges are based on the total value of your order. Furniture
delivery is mostly with Yellow Freight. For all other
methods, shipping charge will be shown prior to checkout.
Available shipping methods are USPS Priority mail, UPS Ground, FedEx home delivery and
Yellow Freight. We typically ship all merchandise within four business
day. Items that are ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship out on
Wednesday unless it is a holiday. Please remember that the weekends are
not counted as transit days.
Shipping costs will be given to you before you actually finalize your order.
If you wish, you can go back and change shipping methods to see the
difference in price before submitting your order.
In some cases, if an item is oversized, your order may be subject to
additional shipping charges, based on the dimensional weight of the package.
If this is the case, you will be notified before your order is processed and
a response will be required.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of
our offer to sell. Noizylady.com reserves the right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All
orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification by our
credit and fraud avoidance department. This may delay the processing of your
order. We may notify you that we are unable to ship to your P.O. Box and/or
must ship to your credit card billing address. This is all done to protect
you, and us as the merchant. We cannot be held responsible if your order is
delayed for any of these or other reasons. If you have any questions, feel

Returns and
Cancellations
To Cancel an Order
If you want to cancel your Noizylady order,
please send an email to
noizylady@noizylady.com
. Orders sometimes ship quickly, so act promptly if you wish to cancel.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
If You Receive a Defective Product
We want you to be pleased with your Noizylady
purchase. If you receive a product that is not functioning properly,
please call our customer service department at

To Return a Product
If you wish to return a product you purchased
from Noizylady, here are the guidelines. (Note: Noizylady does NOT accept
returns of products purchased from other retailers.):
- Obtain a Return
Authorization - All returns require prior authorization from Noizylady.
To obtain a return authorization, please send us an email.
- FedEx Home Delivery Shipments - You may return an
item shipped via FedEx Home Delivery within 14 days of receipt for a
refund of the purchase price less the shipping charges. The original
and return shipping expenses are your responsibility. Returned items
must be in new condition with their original packaging.
- Truck Shipments - You may return an item shipped
via truck (common carrier) within 7 days of receipt. The purchase
price will be refunded less a 20% re-stocking fee. Additionally, you
are responsible for the original and return shipping charges. (If your
truck shipment arrives damaged, please note this on the driver's copy
of the delivery receipt and contact us immediately for further
instructions.)
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be
credited for the purchase price less all shipping charges and a 20%
re-stocking fee.
All returns without any RMA
number will be refused and returned to sender. Some manufactures do not
accept returns; all sale are final with them.
