| | Caluco Residential Use WarrantyLimited WarrantiesThe following limited warranties are extended to the original residential use purchaser. This warranty does not apply to commercial use. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Warranties are non-transferable to a subsequent owner. Pictures or inspection may also be required. These warranties supersede all previous warranties. In some cases, there will be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use. All furniture should be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside down may cause water to accumulate and freeze inside the frame, leading to serious structural damage that is not covered by warranty. Aluminum Frames15-Year Limited WarrantyIf the cast aluminum frame fails structurally (i.e., broken frame or welds) under normal use or conditions, and falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Caluco does not warrant against damage caused by acts of nature, exposure to extreme climate conditions, ocean air, exposure to suntan oil or other chemicals, normal fading or weathering, scratching or chipping of the finish.
Woven Resin and Teak3-Year Limited WarrantyIf the woven resin or teak furniture fails structurally (i.e., broken frame, welds or resin) or if the weave unravels or fades excessively under normal use or conditions and it falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Umbrella Frames Warranty1-Year Limited WarrantyUmbrella frames are guaranteed for one full year to be free from defects in original material and workmanship. If a defect in the original material or workmanship appears during the warranty period, we will at company option, repair or replace the umbrella in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar style if it has been discontinued. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective umbrella. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Wind Damage is not covered under any umbrella warranty. Component Parts1-Year Limited WarrantyIf a component part (glide, bolt, wheel, etc.) fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year from the date of purchase, we will at company option, repair or replace the part, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.
