Spot-X is the product that we recommend for the removal of calcium deposits on tempered glass.  This product has a hardness scale rating less than that of tempered glass, but greater than calcium.  It can effectively return tempered glass back to like new.  This is the primary product our Custom teams use when restoring large custom fountains during service calls worldwide.  Bluworld offers this product  by the master pack for re-sale, or it can be purchased at a local hardware store.
